What will happen when my client calls?

Typical call-handling protocol for our receptionists are as follows:

  • The call is identified and greeted in your business name and as per your instructions.
  • Our receptionists will treat your callers with utmost courteous and we will do our best as per the information given to us to assist your callers - just like your very own on-site receptionist
  • Should your caller leave a message or instructions for you or should they place an order, reservation, appointment, we will relay those information to you immediately after the call ends.
  • If permitted, we will give the caller your out of office number therefore they can contact you. We can even denied certain calls as per your instructions.

Can you return calls for me?

Yes. Ria can accommodate your request to make an outgoing call. We can make appointment reminder calls or simple return calls. In some instances, a client will email us a list of individuals they need contacted along with vital information that needs to be relayed.

Which phone number should I publish in the yellow pages or on my website, for example, so that my clients can reach me?

When you activate your account with Ria, you are assigned a land line telephone number that you may or may not choose to publish. You can also choose to continue using your current number and simply forward it to your assigned number. Your clients will think they are calling locally.

Do you require a long-term commitment?

No. During the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time without notice. Thereafter, we require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
