You will get everything in our Basic Receptionist Plan plus

  • Our trained receptionist will take your calls, answer your caller's pre-sale questions, answer your caller's general questions about your business and assist your caller's with any general information that is given to us in our 'Get to know our Customer Questionnaire'
  • Our receptionist will be ready to take your caller's orders, appointment and reservation over the phone for you and relay that information to your immediately.
  • Our receptionist can also assist you in maintaining your appointment book to ensure your customers are able to enjoy the best of your service.
  • One page (A4) web design with the product/service details, company info and contact detail (great for customer who does not have a website yet)
  • Optional - IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Menu to allow you user to choose which department they will like to be in contact with.(upto 5Menu Options)<br />
    $29.95 / month and $29.95 setup fees.


For our Premium Receptionist plan, you will be required to complete a 3 - 5 minutes long questionnaire about your business and services / products you offer as our receptionist will answer your calls based on those information given on the questionnaire.
